Peak Week Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026. Peak Week is operated by Richard Holguin.
Peak Week Coach lets coaches manage private lifters and training programs. Peak Week Lifter connects a lifter to their coach using a private invitation.
Information used by the apps
Coach accounts use Sign in with Apple. We receive an account identifier and a verified session. We do not receive your Apple password. Coaches may enter lifter names, contact addresses, optional birth years, experience and recovery information, strength references, training schedules, programs and coaching notes. Lifters may submit weights, repetitions, effort ratings, dates, notes and optional lifting videos with audio.
Purpose and access
We use this information to provide your coaching workspace, sync programs, deliver invitations and collect training results for your coach. Coaches can access their own roster and submissions. A connected lifter can access only their published training and their submissions. Invitations and device credentials must remain private. Videos use private storage and temporary access links.
Cloud data is processed through Supabase. Apps also keep local copies and queues so workouts and results remain available offline. When you choose to share through Messages, Mail or another sharing service, your selected content and recipient are handled by that service.
No advertising or tracking
The apps do not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or data sales. Peak Week does not use HealthKit or request contacts-library access.
Retention, export and deletion
Training information is retained for the active coaching relationship and workspace. Coaches can export their local Mac roster using the Data menu. Coaches can delete their Peak Week account from Coach Account settings; this removes the workspace, training records and stored videos and revokes lifter connections. App-managed copies on the device making that request are cleared. Copies on another device are subject to that device's local storage and backup controls. User-exported backups and messages already shared through another service are separate copies.
Lifters who want their training data removed should ask their coach or contact Peak Week support. We may need to verify the request before deleting private training records. Apple authorization can be removed separately under your Apple account's Sign in with Apple settings. Deleting Peak Week data does not delete your Apple account or reverse an App Store purchase.
Support and privacy requests
See Peak Week support. Use the public support page to request a private contact channel rather than posting private training details, videos or invitation codes publicly.
Policy changes
We update this page when the app's data handling changes. The effective date appears above.
